Shipping

We ship orders within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday. We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders to Canada may be charged customs duties or taxes on delivery, which are paid by the customer. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Coffee

Coffee is a food product, so we can't accept returns or exchanges once it has shipped. If your coffee arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email info@coffeearmenia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund, your choice.

Merchandise

You can return apparel and other merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email info@coffeearmenia.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. You pay return shipping unless we made a mistake with your order. We refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, email us within 7 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
